As an added thrill, partygoers can also head under the sea and explore Greater Cleveland Aquarium with a drink in hand. The party culminates with a massive balloon drop at midnight, perfectly timed with the NYC countdown displayed on multiple 8’ x 9’ video walls!

TICKET POLICY

Tickets must be pre-purchased. Ticket transfers are not available. Resold tickets will not be accepted night of the event. Primary purchaser must be present with ID for their group to enter event.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds up to 7 days before event. Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable.

PARKING

There is a spacious Powerhouse lot and parking (or complimentary shuttle) is included with your Windows On The River New Year’s Eve ticket.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Spend the night in the city! Ticketholders are invited to take advantage of the special hotel rates at Aloft Cleveland Downtown and Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown.

SHUTTLE

Ticketed attendees are welcome to take a FREE shuttle to our event, provided by Vitalone’s Limousine service. Take the shuttle one way or ride with us roundtrip! The shuttle will stop at two destinations: Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown (1380 E 6th St, Cleveland, OH 44114) and The Ritz-Carlton/Tower City (1515 W 3rd St, Cleveland, OH 44113).
